Happy Birthday Bella! My gorgeous niece turned 5 today! I'm sorry I won't be there to celebrate with her but I have sent lots of goodies for her to enjoy for her birthday and birthday party. I can't wait to see the photos of her!
Today, my BBL and I caught up on some card making. I'm trying to get all my birthday cards done for the month of June, so that I can get stuck into my scrap-booking. Although I have to admit, I'm pretty pleased I've already finished 6 pages this year!
Anyway, getting back to today's card! I had lots of bits & pieces of papers and cardstocks left over from last Sunday, so this card was inspired by our Upsy Daisy Stamp Club last weekend. The Upsy Daisy set coordinates so well with the Urban Garden Designer Series Papers (DSP), that I had to give them a go. This card is for my friend Robyn who also has her birthday in the next few days. This card to me is elegant and fashionable, and classy all at the same time. Just like my friend :) Here it is:

Unfortunately the poor lighting of this photo has shown the Kindy Glitz I used above the Not Quite Navy crimped cardstock to be green. In fact this is not even so!! The card looks better in 'person' and I'm sure my friend will be pleased with that. I can't wait to the class on still-life photography. I think I need it!!
