Christmas Koala

I've been just busting to show this card.  It's so cute I can't contain myself.  Back in September I made a Koala Birthday Card and I hinted on making a Koala card for Christmas.  Well guess what, I did!!

Here he is:

Isn't he adorable!!  I actually had my koala made back in September and put him aside until Christmas card making time.  He also had a few holly berries added to his gum leaves, a little Santa hat (purchased from a manchester store of all places!!) and a little sparkly belt!  I am really happy with the belt actually, as I only had Silmer Shimmer CS but I used a gold metallic pen to colour in and make gold!!

I've used Washi Tape for interest, and added a sentiment sitting on top of a gold embossed flower.  Clever I though.  The gold matches the belt buckle and all!!

So here's what I used:
Stamps: Warmth & Wonder and Daydream Medallions
Inks: Basic Black & Gold metallic
Papers: Whisper White, Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler & Silver Shimmer CS
Accessories: Whisper White Bakers Twine, Signo White Gel Ink pen, Season of Style Washi Designer Tape, Gold embossing powder & heat gun, Santa hat.
Punches: Bird Builder, Owl Builder, Small Oval, Circle punches, Word Window & Small Scallop Circle Punch
