MIA - but I'm Back!

Yep, I've been MIA - missing in action! We've had a wonderfully busy weekend. On Saturday, my sister Laura and two of her three boys (Brendan & baby Michael) came to visit especially for Luke's birthday party on Saturday. Luke had a bowling party with 9 of his friends and had an absolute ball. I have to admit, I also enjoy parties where a party host looks after the kids. Although I did spend a lot of time chasing little Matthew - he just wanted to run after the ball down the bowling alleys!

The rest of the weekend was just spending lovely time with my sister.

I can show you one of my unfinished projects though! The felt purse I started on Friday night at our monthly craft night needs a zip to finish. I have had to order them over the internet so hopefully they'll arrive soon! This project to show today, is a little thank you gift card I made for a friend. The front/outside is finished, just the inside to be done :)

Other: Oval Punch, Kindy Glitz (red), Five Petal Flower & Boho Blossoms Punch, vintage brads & Felt Fusion Flowers

I will upload the template for the card in the next day or so too. You probably can't tell too much in the picture, but I have rolled the edges of the brown punched flower and distressed the edges of the little red flower. Just to add a bit of interest.
