More Daydreams

So yesterday I shared my first project using the Daydreams Medallion stamp set.  I loved the card so much that I had to try and make the other card inspired by Car@'s Creations.  I loved the fact you can make shaped cards too!

The Daydream Medallion stamps coordinate with the Floral Thinlets and have lots of sizes too.  I used the largest shape to make the flower card.  Once cut I then stamped the medallion stamps using Melon Mambo and Blushing Bride inks.

Just like yesterday's card, I added little butterflies and the focal image using gold embossing and the Scallop Circle punch.  Lots of sponging too I might add!

I had a bit of issue when cutting the first card (I bumped the dies as I was passing through the Big Shot, so the card didn't cut the way it was supposed to!  Should have used the magnetic platform!!).

So I made the spare one into a gift tag :)

I used the exact same colours and tied onto the bag with Whisper White bakers twine.

So purty!!

So here's what I used to make this card:

Stamps: Daydream Medallion & Express Yourself
Inks: Soft Suede, Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Gold metallic inks
Papers: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride CS, Vellum CS
Accessories: Sponge Daubers, pearls, Butterfly & Scallop Circle punches.

I hope you enjoyed this card and tag, you can find more at Caro's blog.
