1st Day of Christmas

Welcome to my 12 Days of Christmas!! Over the next 12 days or so, I'll be sharing some of my 2012 Christmas projects with you. There'll be cards, tags, boxes and more!!  Most of the projects are made with products from the Holiday Catalogue which has so many Christmas products in it, making it very hard to choose.  So lets start with one of my favourites!!

Today's card uses almost all new products, is elegant and easy make too.  The perfect combination!

I have stamped the Ornament in Cherry Cobbler and used this as the focal point of my card.  I have added a subtle background with the Holiday Frame Embossing Folder and dressed the card with rhinestone bling and bakers twine.

This card was the perfect project to make in a 'production line', so you could easily make quite a few of these cards.  Taking it in stages, do your stamping, your cutting, your embossing, and then your assembly.

So here's what I used:

Stamps: Ornament Keepsakes & Greetings of the Season
Papers: Whisper White
Inks: Cherry Cobbler & Early Espresso
Other: Rhinestones & Bakers Twine
Big Shot: Holiday Frame Embossing Folder & Holiday Ornaments Framelits dies.

See you tomorrow for day 2.  On the second day of Christmas.....
