Big Bold Birthday

It sure was hot today. After all the rain and cool weather we have had recently – summer weather in the 30’s sure hits ya! In fact, it was a great day to stay indoors! So in an effort to keep my five year old BBL amused – we went to the movies and sat in air-conditioned comfort watching the movie Bolt. It’s a cool movie – even if you have to wear plastic (unflattering!) 3D glasses. It was absolutely worth it though. The special effects were amazing and BBL loved it :)

Supposedly there is a cool change coming through – but in the meantime our air-conditioning at home is on, the dinner table is cleared and I can sit down for a moment. Well, until duty calls I guess....

Today’s card also features the Stampin’ Up! Big Bold Birthday set but this time the card is pink (for a girl of course!).

I am also trying to organise our monthly craft calendar for this year! Things to do, things to do! Guess it’s lucky I have a few days off (even if I have to keep the young-ones amused!!)
